Arrangements must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are permitted only with the prior approval of UPE_Group.
A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied on returns due to customer error.
Authorized returns will be credited at the transaction price, minus any applicable fees. The adjusted amount will refunded back to the buyer’s payment method after the item has been returned back to UPE_Group.
The above fees will NOT be charged on items returned due to manufacturers’ defect or shipping errors caused by UPE_Group, USPS or FEDEX.
