Walberg & Auge hi-hat stand from the swing era, probably 1940s vintage or even earlier. Nickel finish with flat base legs and skeleton-style footboard, a very difficult to find configuration.
Works smoothly with no issues, but the pull rod is long enough that it requires very deep hi-hats to fit the threaded section for the included clutch nuts. Probably easier to just use a modern-style clutch with it. Otherwise there’s typical finish wear as shown, all threads and joints are solid.
